Big Bags for Recycling and Waste Disposal

One waste stream, one packaging, one marking

Waste disposal companies collect several waste streams at once. The more clearly a waste stream is assigned to a packaging, the fewer wrong fillings occur. Neutral bags (BB90T, BB90) are suitable for standard waste; bags with asbestos warning print (BBA90) or mineral wool warning print (BBM90) mark hazardous waste streams from the factory. Container bags such as BBA650 line roll-off containers. For small quantities there are PP flat bags with closing strap, optionally with PE liner (PPFB70PE).

Traceable packing units

Every data sheet line gives pieces per pallet and bundling. This simplifies purchasing, storage and traceability because you can plan order quantities in pallets:

PU = pieces per pallet. The column “5 pallets” shows the minimum quantity for printing with a company logo.

Labelling and special print

In addition to the warning print from the factory, you can have your own information printed: company logo, text, in individual cases also item number or barcode. Whether a barcode can be printed legibly depends on size, fabric and printing process. Clarify feasibility early; it is agreed with the manufacturer case by case. In the printing advisor you can see how a motif looks on the respective item. Printing is possible from 5 pallets per order and motif.

Lining containers, packing small quantities

Container bags are 620 to 750 cm long and are closed with a lid. The data sheets give no load capacity for them; the load results from container size and filling material. Flat bags are filled by hand and tied shut. Both forms are in the range in neutral version and with warning print. Documents for evidence

For every item there is a product data sheet with dimensions, load capacity, packing unit and standard reference as a PDF. For BBA90, BBA901 and BBA320 the EC declaration of conformity to EN ISO 21898 is also available; for the other items we send it as soon as it is available. Manufacturer test reports to EN ISO 21898 exist for selected items on request. The documents help with documentation along the disposal route but do not replace the evidence your waste disposal company or acceptance point requires.

Framework contracts and call-off quantities

If you call off packaging regularly, you plan in pallets: 2,500 pieces of BB90T equal five pallets, 3,500 pieces of BBA90 ten pallets. Match framework contracts and call-off quantities to these pallet units. We state prices in the quotation, not on the website.
