Which documents exist
- Product data sheet: dimensions, load capacity, safety factor, fabric, packing unit, standard reference and area of use. The original data sheet is available for 33 items.
- Item sheet: for 15 items whose original data sheet is being revised or is missing, we generate a sheet from our item data. It states only values we can substantiate; open details are marked “on request”.
- EC declaration of conformity: declaration to EN ISO 21898, published for 3 of 48 items (BBA90, BBA901, BBA320).
- Test report: manufacturer test reports to EN ISO 21898 exist for selected items and are sent to you on request.
How to read a data sheet
The data sheet describes the item in fixed fields. Most important are the external dimensions (length × width × height in cm), the load capacity (SWL) and the safety factor, the fabric with weight in g/m² and coating, the packing unit in pieces per pallet with bundling, the standard reference (for example TRGS 519 or TRGS 521), the areas of use, country of origin and customs tariff number. Where the data sheet and the specification differ, we show the conservative value or “on request” and send the data sheet with confirmed values.
Why declarations of conformity are missing
The EC declaration of conformity to EN ISO 21898 requires an EU type-examination certificate. For items for which this certificate is not yet available, we cannot publish a declaration of conformity. You receive it as soon as it is available. Until then we state the position openly instead of claiming a document.
Requesting documents
In the table, “Request” leads to the enquiry form with the item and document type preselected. Alternatively, save items with the heart and send them together. You also request test reports there. The documents for the items can also be found on the respective product pages.
