How many BBA901 are needed depends on the density: with light material the volume of 0.89 m³ fills the bag; with heavy material the load capacity of 1,250 kg is reached earlier.
- Rubble, mixed (1.40 t/m³): 100 m³ weigh 140 t. One BBA901 takes 0.89 m³ or 1,245 kg; the volume of 0.89 m³ sets the limit. You need 113 pieces, which is 1 pallets.
- Sand, dry (1.50 t/m³): 100 m³ weigh 150 t. One BBA901 takes 0.83 m³ or 1,250 kg; the load capacity of 1,250 kg sets the limit. You need 120 pieces, which is 1 pallets.
- Soil, excavated material (1.60 t/m³): 100 m³ weigh 160 t. One BBA901 takes 0.78 m³ or 1,250 kg; the load capacity of 1,250 kg sets the limit. You need 128 pieces, which is 1 pallets.
Handling of BBA901
- BBA901 has four lifting loops. With BBA901, always attach all four; crane and forklift are possible.
- The skirt of BBA901 is tied shut after filling. This keeps dust in.
- BBA901 is coated. According to the data sheet the fabric protects against the ingress of moisture and is suitable for rain and outdoor storage. UV light still weakens it.
- When filled, BBA901 weighs up to 1,250 kg. Lifting equipment, lifting accessories and ground must be rated for this.
- BBA901 carries the asbestos warning print in seven languages. Leave it visible and clarify type of packaging and maximum weight with your acceptance point in advance.
